My stomach hasn’t been as bloated as it usually is everyday, but I still have a bulge that I’m trying to work on. :( I drink a lot more water a day and green tea still :) I noticed that my hips are becoming more defined and I feel like I’ve toned my legs a lot more and i want to continue doing that, but are there any machines at the gym that I could use to focus on my abdominals/upper body? Any suggestions are helpful :) I try to look on Google but I’m not finding any clear answers.
