  2. So like I said in my last text post, I haven’t been able to go to the gym much because of school but I’ve been watching my food intake and cutting out soda and other processed foods as much as possible.

    My stomach hasn’t been as bloated as it usually is everyday, but I still have a bulge that I’m trying to work on. :( I drink a lot more water a day and green tea still :) I noticed that my hips are becoming more defined and I feel like I’ve toned my legs a lot more and i want to continue doing that, but are there any machines at the gym that I could use to focus on my abdominals/upper body? Any suggestions are helpful :) I try to look on Google but I’m not finding any clear answers.

  4. I estimate that I’m down at least six pounds! The scale has been around the 130-131 mark the past two days but I haven’t been to the gym since this past Saturday because I’ve been working on my art portfolio, I don’t plan to go again til this weekend when I’m free.

    I’ve been watching what I’m eating a lot more and soda isn’t an issue for me to go without anymore

  6. Sadly, I didn’t make it today.

    After work, I felt like I had been hit by a train. I was sick to my stomach, my back was in the worst pain and I had a slight migraine. I think it could have been from overworking myself at work today (I was stocking by myself for two hours straight and for some reason, I’ve been feeling sick like this after work) I didn’t want to risk going to the gym in this condition, so I rested up. I’m feeling slightly better now, I’m gonna get a long night of sleep and go to the gym in the morning before I have to work tomorrow night :)

     

  7. You could call this some sort of progress

    I’ve been in the gym 3-5 times a week, focusing on cardio the most. I walk on the treadmill for over an hour (with changing incline) at 3.5 MPH (moved it up last night!), usually burn around 500+ calories, and I’m add biking into my workout now! I’ve cut soda out a lot and snacking as well. Water, coffee and green tea are my best friends right now. I’m still down two pounds. Last night I was literally dripping with sweat as I left the gym. Woke up this morning and my legs were numb. I wanted to go to the gym again today, but I felt like I needed a day of rest before I work later. Tomorrow I’m back at it :) School starts in five days!

     

  8. Sorry I haven’t updated in a while!

    I’ve been really busy with work, and trying to keep up with my workouts. So far, I’ve lost about two pounds, which is better than I expected! This week I’m planning to be in the gym as much as I can to add on to the loss :) Go me!

     

  9. So at the gym yesterday I think I did pretty well!

    I walked for about an hour on the treadmill, a little over three miles and burned about 450 calories. The elliptical wasn’t as easy and I only got 20 minutes. Plus the gym is only open til 7 on Sundays, so I didn’t get a chance to do anything else.

    Hopefully I’ll have time this week to go at least four or five more times, I’m working everyday though lol
